The Portrait Collection (in brown on the site plan) is one of The Canyons’ newer collections. The collection is located in the West Slope neighborhood, which sits on a ridge and connects residents to the community trails. The 36-foot-wide home comes standard with a ground floor bedroom and 3 bedrooms upstairs. The model includes a study with doors in place of the ground floor bedroom and an additional bedroom on the upper floor next to a cozy loft in place of the oversized loft. These upgrades highlight the flexibility of the home and how it can shift to support families with different needs.

When creating the design for this model, the Unscripted team envisioned an active family of five that is as cool as they are adventurous. This resulted in a relaxed, "casual meets collected" design that reflects their laid-back yet adventurous spirit.

The central loft is a great place for the kids to gather and play. The model features an upgrade that transforms the standard loft space into an additional bedroom next to a cozier loft.

Privacy is key for bedrooms. The design team thoughtfully separated the primary and secondary bedrooms by locating the primary bedroom at the back of the home down a hallway from the central hub of the loft. When creating the design for this model, the Unscripted team envisioned a more luxurious vibe for this model. The team imagined a couple with two teenagers on the brink of adulthood that have cultivated a highly stylized space that speaks to their personal taste. This home has edgy and unexpected elements that embraces this contemporary “of-the-moment” design.
